Why we process data
We process data to deliver the service, manage accounts, generate AI-supported content, administer subscriptions, provide support, maintain security, and meet legal obligations.

Payments, storage, and security
Payments are handled through Stripe. Card details are processed by Stripe under its own security and compliance standards, and JobAXS does not store complete card numbers.
Platform data is stored in secured databases and supporting systems managed for JobAXS. We use role-based access controls, encrypted connections, logging, and reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect data.
Sharing and retention
Data may be shared with trusted processors such as hosting, authentication, analytics, payment, and infrastructure providers only when required to deliver the service.
