Turn learning into a clear application
Students may find it difficult to explain their skills when most of their experience comes from coursework, projects and workplace learning. Start with their own facts: the tasks they worked on, their personal contribution and what is relevant to the role.
JobAXS can support the preparation of application drafts. Students need to review suggestions and be able to stand behind every statement. The tools support structure and wording; they do not replace educational guidance or an employer's assessment.
CVs and cover letters based on real experience
Bring together education and experience, work on a CV and use AI assistance to draft a cover letter. Adapt the application to its purpose. An application for LIA, the workplace learning component of Swedish YH programmes, needs different information from an application for employment after graduation.
Keep dates, projects and skills accurate. Coursework must not be presented as employment, and a group's achievement must not become an individual's claim. AI access depends on the existing subscription and its limits.

A planned annual model for the final year
We are planning a model in which a school purchases at least 50 student places. Students would use the contracted services without paying for those included services themselves. The proposal is a 12-month period from a shared activation date, continuing after graduation within that same period.
This does not mean an additional 12 months after graduation. AI usage would have defined limits. School licensing, student activation and school administration are not yet available. Terms and included services must be agreed before a school offer can be made.
For a two-year programme, the final academic year may be a suitable starting point. For one-year and shorter courses, timing should reflect when students need support. Tell us about your term dates and expected graduation dates when expressing interest.

Can a school buy JobAXS Education now?
- No. The school offering is being planned. You can express interest, but school licences and administration are not yet available.
Can students use JobAXS today?
- Yes, through the existing job-seeker offering. An account does not automatically include free access to every AI feature. Current subscriptions and usage limits apply.
What does 12 months of student access mean?
- In the proposed school model, access starts on a shared activation date. Graduation does not end the agreed period; access would continue until its end. This model has not launched.
Could the model suit shorter courses?
- Possibly, depending on needs and timing. The proposal remains an annual licence for at least 50 places, rather than an approved short-term subscription.
Is AI usage unlimited?
- No. A future contract would specify included features and usage limits. Existing individual subscriptions retain their current terms.
Would a school see students' private CVs?
- This proposed public presentation gives schools no such access. Any future administrative features and data protection arrangements require a separate decision.
Does JobAXS guarantee a job or a LIA placement?
- No. JobAXS supports application work and job searching. Job advertisements and Match do not guarantee recruitment outcomes or placements.
What would a school licence cost?
- Public school prices have not been finalised. Express interest to discuss needs and a possible future arrangement.
